Kennedy di Magenta<\/strong>, in continuit\u00e0 con l\u2019iniziativa organizzata nel dicembre 2016 sulla Sanit\u00e0 nel territorio dell\u2019Est-Ticino, organizza <u>SABATO 2 DICEMBRE 2017<\/u>, presso la <u>Sala Consiliare di Via Fornaroli 30 a Magenta dalle ore 9:00 alle 13:00<\/u>, un Convegno su <strong>Cronicit\u00e0 e Fragilit\u00e0: il modello Lombardia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Un tema che sta richiamando l\u2019attenzione dei cittadini e facendo discutere i medici di base e ospedalieri.
